Martin Madaraka Foundation is an organisation initiated by Amb. Martin Madaraka.

who is a Social Scientist, Reputable Community Leader, with several community leadership positions including being Global Peace Ambassador under Global Peace Foundation, founder & secretary general of Young Leaders Association Taita Taveta & Senior Community Development Officer From Kenya Taita Taveta County, motivated by his harsh and Traumatizing life experience hence given it his whole towards serving humanity & community at large hence the foundation chief executive officer.

Goals and aims

To support the upbringing of children and adolescents by providing household and education support, to combat extreme poverty, promote healthcare and the empowerment of women.
Providing strategic leadership in the advocacy of innovative models to achieve sustained solidarity and improved socio-economic development in our communities.

Playing an important role in the management of programs and projects and helping communities engage and succeed in projects.
Developing and promoting social and economic approaches and systems, based on the local experiences and relevant current theories, which will enable communities to help themselves and sustain efforts in development projects.

Designing and implementing initiatives for rural communities to improve the wellbeing of their people.
Assessing and building capacities to effectively participate in identifying and responding to community issues and problems through community-based efforts.
